How did I get started in this? Well, my mother is always a wonderful seamstress and very tolerant. I had some of the most elaborate ( And crazy ) costume designs and she always made them for me. The year I turned 12 is when I really got into Anime ( Japanese Animation ). I mean, what kid did not watch Pokemon or Sailor Moon growing up, right? I began to look into Cosplay ( Costume Play ) and started to ask my mother to make many of the costumes. Eventually, she sat me down and told me it was about time I learned to use the sewing machine. Y'know, the big scary thing with super fast peircing impliments? Well, I eventually got over my fears and fell in love with sewing. Being a seamstress has allowed me to express my artistic talents in a huge way!
